B. Kitchens & Utility Rooms
The kitchen is the epicenter of activity while preparing weekday meals, dinners etc. Additionally, many kitchen areas now include nooks, mini-entertainment centres and espresso bars, creating a social stomping ground many prefer to the more perhaps formal living or dining room.
